During the summer of 2024, I had the incredible opportunity to go on a 2 week study abroad program. We spent most of our time studying Renaissance Art in Florence, Italy. Other than the amazing architecture and art I was able to see in person, it was also a period of growth. I was able to reconnect with simpler, more traditional ways of working and not be glued to screens.
As a result, I put together this journal and sketchbook to commemorate my trip and everything I've learned. All illustrations and photos were taken myself.
